In order to maintain our commitment to quality workmanship, subcontractors should keep in mind that we will expect them to have:

  • A written Safety Plan
  • Adequate business insurance  (view)

  • A valid Washington State Contractors License
  • A valid business license
  • A W-9 submitted to Accounts Payable
  • Customer references
  • Financial statements for review by management
  • A proven record of performance
